- All orders with ready stock items will be shipped on the next working day after payment made (Except we are away for business trip as per notice).
- We are using J&T EXPRESS (except for special condition).
- Delivery for West Malaysia normally takes 1-3 working days to reach your doorstep; 3-5 working days for East Malaysia.
- ED WISE ENTERPRISE shall not be liable for any damage to or loss of any shipment or delayed delivery.
- Self collection and COD service are not available.
- For all unclaimed parcels by the customers that are returned back to us, the customer needs to pay for the shipping fee of second delivery.

Shipping Fees
- At ED WISE ENTERPRISE, we provide free shipping when your order is over RM100 (West Malaysia) and RM150 (East Malaysia). Orders below RM100 (West Malaysia) and RM150 (East Malaysia) will be charged RM8 and RM15 shipping fee respectively.
We apologize that shipping fee is calculated on a per order basis; we couldn’t waive the shipping fee for combination of multiple orders.
